Back To Home Sweet Home

After 3 days in Ipoh I'm finally home today. I took some pictures during my time there, as well as when I went to Pahang for a day earlier. This pictures might look empty to a lot, but they read a thousand words to me.

Chinese New Year In Ipoh

Right now I'm in Ipoh for Chinese New Year holiday. So far nothing really special has occured yet, but I'm missing Jo Lynn. Today I have bought a book called "The Fire Thief". It's an adventure-comedy story that tells the misadventures of an ancient Greek God named Prometheus with human kind. Well, I wondered how long has it been since I last bought a story book. I manage to finish this book in one day and can't wait to get the next 2 follow-up books, "Flight Of The Fire Thief" and "The Fire Thief Fights Back". And I have written a poem by accident, inspired by my liking of the fresh and clean environment of Ipoh. Here it is:

Undiscovered
I walked a thousand miles
Without any destination or purpose
Yet I reached a place
Where the air is fresh
And the scenery is breath-taking
Somewhere yet unexplored
By the greedy and selfish hearts of mankind
But as time goes by
This place shall be destroyed and mared
By constant development
In this modern world of evolution
To retain the beauty of this place
It is up to the efforts
Of the government and us humans
Because the last thing we would ever know
Is that we have lost another piece of national treasure

Chinese New Year

I don't feel like blogging at all today. There's just too many stupid things happening around me, but I have to because it is Chinese New Year. So here's me wishing all the Chinese in this world a very Happy Chinese New Year. May the year of the Ox brings you good luck and fortune.

Tomorrow I'll be out for half a day beginning in the morning, so to those who thinks I'll be online from morning onwards, don't expect me to come online until night time.

P/S: I'm sorry for what happened yesterday, my dear. I didn't mean it.

The Third Week

3 weeks has passed since school reopened, and things this week is really great. I was labelled a "Physics Genius" by my classmates just because I was the only one who understood the formula of conversions in the last class. Then I escaped from joining my green house's marching group because I'm taking part in the running event. Today we had a lively debate called "English Is A Gender Biased Language" during English lesson. Everyone went crazy and the whole class turned into a fish market. Yup, that's pretty much for this week.

I'M DONE!!! :D

YAY!! I've finally managed to write out my planned poem, which turned out to be a sonnet. It happened so when I started to write it, more and more ideas keep coming in. As you all know, a sonnet is a 14-line poem. Well, if I had written in everything I had in mind then the sonnet would have around 20-lines or more. I will post up my sonnet on 8th February.

The Reason

The reason why I didn't want to take Accounts and Economies in 4A7 is because I might just give up on the subject half-way while studying it. As 4A7's Add Maths teacher said, "If you feel that you won't be able to understand anything I'm teaching then it is better for you to walk out of the class during my subject...". I also believe in what I had in mind: "To study something by half only to give up and abandon it later on is better for us not to study it at all".

My Undercover Cars

Here are the cars I used in my "Need For Speed: Undercover" game.

And here, I introduce my "Need For Speed: Most Wanted" BMW M3 GTR Prototype replica, built based on the BMW M3 Coupe E46.

Disaster (Almost...)

Not exactly a good title to write my 50th posts, but it has to be done. Anyway, it has already been a week since I've been in Science class, but it was only today that I understand why people say "Science class is difficult.....". Damn! Biology is worse than I thought! I have to learn about cells, cells and cells. I guess I have to learn about 10 to 20 new cells every class. "In this cell there are even smaller cells...," according to the teacher. Oh my God! =.="

These James Bond trailers has been spoofed into something hilarious. I had a great time laughing at them and not get bored watching them again and again.

VICTORY! (Or Is It Really?)

I finally made it to 4A9 today. When I heard that my application has been approved, I was extremely happy. Finally can escape from that useless Accounts and Economies class that was compulsary to take in the ICT class. My initial thoughts of the 4A9 class wasn't as my expectation. It was... better than I thought. I manage to fit in without problems at all. (Well, that's because 98% of the students there are from the same class as me last year. XD). The ever jovial and fun but strict Pn. Francis will be teaching me English, so I really look forward to her lessons. :) Now I hope my dear will get along with the others at 4A7 without problems at all (her BFFs Michelle Hor, Kate-lyn, Yin San and Yen Ney are all there, so I don't have to worry much at all). And last but not least, I must express my heartfelt 'thank you' to Din Kecil. If it's not for you, I would still be in 4A7 now. :D

The Final Frontier

Perhaps the name of this post doesn't make sense, but today was the last day for me to change from my ICT stream to Science stream, or to make things more accurate, from 4A7 to 4A9. I was left with my last option of calling my dad to school for help, but opportunities popped-out of nowhere. Jo Lynn and my pal Syariffudin aka 'Din Kecil' wants to leave their 4A9 class and come into 4A7, while me and Su Poh wants to get out of this wretched 4A7 class. Su Poh has already exchanged with Jo Lynn, so I'll be exchanging with Din. That stubborn teacher in charge Pn. Yong says I'll only get my confirmation from her tomorrow. Now I'm hoping I will really get to go to Science stream tomorrow.

Regrets...

Came back from school today with regrets of listening to my dad and joined ICT class. I'm forced to take Accounts in this stream. Now I'm demanding a change of class to Science stream and hope the school will approve my application.

Back To School Tomorrow!

Yes, I'll be back to school tomorrow. After a long 2 month long break it's finally back to school officially, after getting my PMR results 5 days ago. Can't wait to see my dearest girlfriend and my friends. :D

P/S: I won't be blogging as often as before after I'm back to school, so don't be surprised to see my blog is more quiet than usual.

Cheers!

The Year That Went Past.....

Oh... My... God...!! I didn't realize I haven't post anything for New Year 2009! Sorry guys... Anyway, 2008 has been an incredible and tremendous year for me, but everything just went by SOOO quickly. Most of the memorables events that happened to me revolves around cars (as usual...). Well, what else did I do to make 2008 memorable? For starters, it must be that Genting trip that I had with my school pals as a post-PMR fun trip. We had a lot of fun, and I was able to see my other friend's cheeky, hilarious and ridiculous sides that I had never seen before in school. Then 3 days ago I got my PMR results, and what a shock I had when I got better result than I had expected, 4As, 2Bs and 1C to be exact. And I never realized this: I HAD BEEN BLOGGING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR ALREADY! :-0 What a surprise! But the most memorable one has got to the one that occured on 8 November. What is that? Find out yourself! My new year resolutions? Just one: keep things in my life as simple as possible (based it on my policy of "Simplicity can be deceptive". :D).

Before I sign off, I would like to wish my best friends, fellow bloggers and the world a very Happy New Year 2009. (Okay, Happy Belated New Year 2009, if you insist... =.=)
